Southampton Landscaping Co. designs, builds and maintains landscapes across the Town of Southampton, its villages and East Hampton, from Quogue and Westhampton Beach to Sag Harbor and Sagaponack. The work runs from a planting plan to a bluestone terrace to the weekly visit: landscape design, installation, estate maintenance, lawn care, privet hedges, bluestone and hardscape, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, spring and fall cleanups, and native, deer-resistant plantings. We plant for the conditions here: sandy outwash soils, salt spray near the water, deer browse, and hardiness zones 7a and 7b.

A job starts with a walk of the property. Our designer draws a base plan and a planting plan, and we confirm which code applies: the Town's, a village's or East Hampton's. We price the work in writing against published survey ranges; the contract states the start and completion dates, the cost of labor and materials, and which lines New York taxes as maintenance and which are capital improvements under Form ST-124. After the build, our maintenance crew keeps the property on its calendar: spring opening, weekly care and the fall closing.
